Volavecké stráně
Prudká straň is part of a botanically important locality, which has been registered since 1997 as the VKP Volavecké stráně.

The meadows also host a number of plants included in the Red List of Threatened Species. Of the species represented, the Fringe-flowered Gentian (Gentianopsis ciliata) is of particular value, as are the field cow-wheat (Melampyrum arvense), stemless thistle (Cirsium acaulon), Acinos arvensis subsp. Eglandulosus and Common Twayblade (Listera ovata).
In addition to these rarer plants, there is a diverse mix of colourful and fragrant plants (daisies, cornflowers, primroses, bluebells, thyme, Common agrimony, blackberry, common pimpernel, spiny restharrow, common bedstraw, St. John's wort, yarrow).
Our association has been taking care of the meadow with an area of 0.3 ha since 2021.
